Telescope fit development
Lid and base dimensions are developed as a pair with a deliberate reveal depth and friction fit.

Reveal print planning
The inside of the lid and the product area are printed so the reveal moment carries brand color.

Offset print & finish
CMYK + Pantone with lamination; foil or spot UV concentrates branding on the lid top.

Two-piece converting
Lid and base die-cut and glued as separate components for nesting during shipping.

Fit & stack QC
Lid slide force, reveal consistency and nesting damage are inspected sample-by-sample.
