Greyboard & wrap pairing
Board thickness is matched to box size and lid span; wrap paper is chosen for print and folding behavior.

Wraps print offset CMYK + Pantone; foil stamping and blind deboss apply to the wrapped lid.

Hand wrapping
Corners are wrapped and glued by hand or semi-auto rigging; corner wraps stay tight and square.

Interiors are lined with flocked or art paper; inserts are cut to locate each product.
