These terms govern custom packaging quotations, orders and services provided by YBJ Paper Box unless superseded by a signed agreement.
1. Quotations
- Quotation validity, currency, Incoterms and applicable duties are stated in the project quotation.
- Specifications confirmed by both sides in writing (email counts) form the order basis.
2. Artwork & Intellectual Property
- You retain full ownership of your artwork, logos and product designs. We claim no license beyond producing your order.
- We will not manufacture, share or reuse your designs for any third party. NDAs available on request.
- You confirm you hold the rights to all artwork submitted; you indemnify us against claims arising from artwork you supply.
3. Sampling & Approvals
- Dieline, proof and sample requirements, charges and approval steps are confirmed in the project quotation before production.
- Approved samples are the quality reference for mass production and reorders.
4. Payment
- Payment methods, deposit requirements and balance timing are confirmed in the quotation and order documents.
- Bank charges are borne by the payer respectively.
5. Production & Delivery
- Lead times are quoted per project and start after artwork approval and deposit receipt.
- Quantity tolerances, delivery arrangements and the process for any discrepancy are confirmed in the order documents.
6. Quality & Claims
- Quality checks, acceptance criteria and any inspection reports are agreed for the project before production.
- The notification process, supporting information and any remedy for quantity discrepancies or manufacturing defects are stated in the applicable order documents.
7. Liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., lost sales) except where mandated by law.
- Neither party is liable for delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, port closures, government actions).
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are first addressed through good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes go to arbitration at [CIETAC / agreed body].
