Offset print & finish
CMYK + Pantone with lamination and foil accents; inside faces printable for pull-out reveals.

Tray converting
Trays are die-cut, glued and corner-tested; inserts slot into the tray when specified.

Pull-cycle QC
Sample sleeves are cycled on-off to confirm the fit holds after transport vibration.
