Start with your product size, weight, packing method and expected handling. Corrugated profile, liner selection and overall board thickness are reviewed together; solid paperboard cartons are a separate construction.

Timing depends on the confirmed specification, quantity, material availability, sample approval and current production schedule. The quotation or order confirmation sets out the proposed timing. Share any fixed delivery date early.
