From printed sheet to packed order.

Every custom box follows the same disciplined route through the factory. Each stage is checked against the specification approved in your order.

STEP / 01

Printing

Offset presses run the approved artwork onto the chosen paper surface, with color checked against the agreed reference.

Laminating & Mounting

Laminators mount the printed liner to the fluted core, building the corrugated construction specified for the box.

STEP / 03

Die-Cutting

Die-cutting presses cut and crease each sheet into box blanks, forming the folds, slots and closures of the structure.

Folding & Gluing

Folder-gluers fold the blanks and apply glue where the structure requires it, turning flat sheets into working boxes.

Inspection

Sheets and finished blanks are reviewed against the approved specification — print, cutting, creasing and folding behavior.

Packing & Dispatch

Approved boxes are counted, packed and staged on pallets, ready for the export packing and dispatch arrangements in the order.

Rigid & Presentation Boxes

Separate lines for boxes that do not fold flat.

Rigid and hinged-lid presentation boxes are wrapped and pasted rather than folded, so they run on dedicated lines with their own tooling and handling.

If your range includes both corrugated product boxes and rigid gift packaging, both can be produced and shipped as one coordinated order.
