Structure and material
Record the dimensions, dieline, board construction, insert arrangement and agreed delivery format for each product version.
We manufacture printed paper packaging, with a focus on foldable corrugated boxes used to package products. From a single product box to a coordinated range, we work from the specifications your business needs.
YBJ Paper Box
What does it need to hold? How will it be packed? What should the customer see when they open it? These questions shape the dimensions, materials and printing of your box.
Our core offering is custom corrugated product packaging. We also produce other paper box formats, allowing you to discuss different structures as your product range develops.
How We Work
Custom specifications, bulk production and repeat supply are connected parts of the same packaging project.
Discuss your packaging requirements directly with the manufacturer, from the first specification to the next order.
Choose the dimensions, structure, material, board thickness and printing that suit your product and budget.
Plan your packaging order around approved specifications, quantities and the production schedule agreed in your quote.
Share your repeat order needs so specifications, artwork revisions and delivery requirements can be reviewed together.
A Shared Order Record
A clear record protects the distinction between product variations and gives every new discussion a shared starting point.
Record the dimensions, dieline, board construction, insert arrangement and agreed delivery format for each product version.
Keep the artwork revision, visible panel notes, print requirements and surface details with the corresponding box specification.
List SKU quantities, destination and repeat-order expectations. Flag product, artwork or packing changes before a new order is discussed.
From First Order to Repeat Supply
For a first order, discuss the box specification and sample requirements before bulk production. For a repeat order, use the previous order details as the starting point and confirm any changes.
If your procurement process requires certifications, inspection reports or specific material documentation, share the requirements before ordering so availability can be confirmed.
Quality & Order References
A production reference should describe the physical box as clearly as the printed artwork. Build these checkpoints into your corrugated packaging brief.
Identify the agreed liner, corrugated profile and overall board construction. Compare the material with the approved specification rather than judging it by color alone.
Check usable internal dimensions with the actual product, wrapping and accessories in place. Confirm clearance, insert fit and the way the lid closes.
Review the approved artwork version, panel orientation, color reference and legibility of product information. Pay particular attention to text that sits near folds.
Check that cut edges, slots and crease positions allow the box to fold into its intended shape. Try the assembly sequence used by the packing team.
Review locking tabs, glued areas or other closure details for the chosen structure. The box should open and close as specified without forcing the product inside.
Confirm the packing method, quantity identification and artwork version on each shipment. Specify inspection records and any special tests in the order requirements.
Bulk Orders & Export Coordination
Packaging supply includes more than the box design. Share your warehouse, packing-line and purchasing requirements when the order is quoted.
Discuss flat-packed, pre-glued or assembled supply for the selected structure. The format affects storage space, packing labor and the shipment dimensions.
List quantities separately by size and design. Identify each artwork revision clearly so different product versions can be packed and replenished correctly.
Provide the destination, requested arrival date and preferred shipping arrangement. Production timing and transport timing should be planned separately.
Specify purchasing documents, packing lists, shipment marks and inspection requirements early. Confirm the applicable arrangements in the order documents.
Reference the previous order and flag changes in product size, print or material. Review the specification again when a change could affect fit or appearance.
Confirm MOQ, price, samples, payment terms and the production schedule in the quotation. For regular supply, include the expected frequency and quantity of repeat purchases.
A Working Relationship
A complete brief helps turn a packaging idea into a practical production discussion.
Share dimensions, weight, accessories and how each item is packed. Include photographs or an existing box if you are replacing current packaging.
List the sizes and artwork versions you expect to order. Identify what should remain consistent across the range and what needs to change.
Tell us the first-order quantity, anticipated repeat purchases and requested delivery dates. These help define the quotation and order plan.
Share your product details, planned quantities and repeat order needs. We will review the packaging specification with you.
